Oversized Orders
Select oversized products (greater than 32KG or 4' on any side) will ship via LTL Courier. This is a network of independent couriers across Canada.

Shipping Timelines
All products ship from our Markham, Ontario warehouse. Orders ship Monday to Friday and orders placed before 2pm ET usually ship the same day. Customers can expect 1-3 business days for products to reach Manitoba, Ontario or Quebec. Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick or Newfoundland may experience approximately 5 to 7 business days for arrival.
